2. The activation. INFILTRATE is a promotional field mission in connection with x402GAL and HydroCoin. Completing missions may earn a commemorative Genesis badge. Badges, including the holo edition, are limited and offered while supplies last.

3. Not an investment. The badge and this activation are for engagement and promotional purposes only. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or financial product, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

4. No affiliation. This activation is independently operated and is not sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, ETHConf, its organizers, or the venue.

5. Your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and any network fees. On-chain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover lost assets or keys.

6. Acceptable use. Do not submit false information, manipulate the leaderboard or missions, or interfere with the service. We may disqualify or remove any participant at our discretion.

7. Changes. We may modify, suspend, or end the activation, the missions, or the rewards at any time without notice.

8. As is. The service and the badge are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual property. x402GAL, INFILTRATE, HydroCoin, and related names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners. Participation grants you no rights in them.

3. Service providers. We use Vercel for hosting, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, and Google Analytics for usage analytics.

4. No sale. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights. You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us through our website.

6. Marketing. With your consent, we may email you about x402GAL and HydroCoin. You can unsubscribe anytime.
