What you agree to at the gate

When you check the box and continue, you ask us to save your name, email, company, role, and how you found the instrument so we can follow up about x402GAL and HydroCoin, get your coin to you, and run the event.

As you use the instrument we also record progress that is part of that same record: the place you chose, your water estimate, badge and mint status, and timestamps for those steps. We do not request device location. Typed addresses are used only to land the map; they are not stored as a second personal file. Approximate location from the network address may be used only to tailor the on-page map guide, and it is not stored.

Who processes the record

Service providers process this data on Parjana's behalf so the team can follow up: a CRM and lead-management vendor (ZULU), and Digital Stormwater, which supports campaign marketing and follow-up. These are service-provider relationships, not sharing with third parties for their own marketing.

The x402GAL team at Parjana Engineering and Edge Consulting Labs, and Digital Stormwater as Parjana's service provider, can review signups and counts on an internal War Room and lead list so we can operate the floor and follow up. Access is limited to those companies' team addresses. We do not sell your record.

We record the ad campaign that brought a visitor, and we may use Google Ads conversion measurement.

Page visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics without cookies.

Follow-up and unsubscribe

We may email you a badge, a coin arrangement, or product follow-up. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those messages or by writing hello@x402gal.com.

Estimates

Estimates only. Nothing here is a measurement, an offer, or a water right.

Completed surveys are counted anonymously as the number of completed surveys, the total estimate, and the campaign link tag, with no name, email, or IP address.
